Help us build the first church in Urawa Misono

Urawa Misono is a vibrant, growing town with over 30 000 people. Many young families are moving in, but there is no church here sharing the good news of Jesus. Together with a Japanese church in a neighboring city, we are taking bold steps towards starting a new work in the area.

Our Japanese partner church has raised 100 000 US dollars from its members. A total of 60 Japanese Christian families gave generously and sacrificially towards this important work. Additionally, the church has secured a loan of 165 000 dollars. This has enabled us to purchase land in a central area of town.

Now that the land is secured, the next step is to build a building. We have building plans prepared and hope to begin the building project later this year. We are looking at building a two story building with space for events/meals/restrooms and a small office downstairs, and space for 70 people in the upstairs worship hall.

We still need lots of funding to make this project a reality. Every bit helps. We have seen God provide in amazing ways and look forward to see how He provides going forward. Please pray for everything needed to be provided.
